In Loving Memory of Audrey Gorter

Audrey Gorter was a longtime North Chicago Community Partners (NCCP) board member and supporter. She was literally “in the middle” of NCCP's early days in North Chicago and was integral in the founding of NCCP. She believed in the potential of every child and understood what it meant to be a caring neighbor. She donated generously to support children and families in North Chicago and Lake County, but more importantly she shared her time – serving food at family events, pulling weeds from school gardens, and painting fences at North Chicago’s first City Wide Pride Day. NCCP and all the lives she touched will be forever grateful for her commitment to our mission.
